- On orders where there is no shipping charge
the item is shipped USPS First Class Mail with Tracking Number.
- USPS First Class Mail with tracking (2-5 days)
- USPS Priority Mail (1-3 days) UPGRADED

PROVIDING THE CORRECT ADDRESS IS THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE CUSTOMER.
General Policy for Returns:
We offer 100 % customer satisfactory guarantee with our products. We allow our customers to get an easier return than ever. Please email your RMA request to firstname.lastname@example.org. In order to qualify for a full product refund, the item must be returned in like-new condition, in the original retail box with all parts, accessories, etc. Shipping charges are not refundable.
The following items cannot be returned for a refund:
Defective Items Policy :
** If package is damaged during shipping we require a photo of the damage and items and we will gladly replace the items. Without this photo we will not send a replacement.**
Defective items can be returned for exchange within 30 days of the original item delivery date. After 30 days, defective items will need to be returned directly to the manufacturer under the manufacturer's warranty. To exchange a defective item, please contact us within 30 days of the original item delivery date for a return authorization number and return instructions.
Once we receive the returned defective item, we will verify the item's condition if applicable. In order to qualify for an exchange, the original item must be returned in good condition, in the original retail box with all accessories, parts, manuals, software, etc.
If our staff determines that the wrong item was sent, we will immediately send out a replacement and return shipping label at no cost to you.
Return Shipping Cost:
Customer will be responsible to return any item(s) back to us at your cost for us to process your request for either a refund or exchange.
A 20% restocking fee will be applied to all returns for refund if the return is the result of your error. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Canceled order or address errors:
Please note that once the order has been processed for shipping, it can no longer be cancelled or changed. We ONLY ACCEPT CALL-IN cancellations. Please call 714-486-1460 to cancel the order. We do not guarantee order will be cancel on time if you leave a message but do not speak to a representative or if you email your cancellation request to us. If you want to cancel an order but it has already been process for shipping, then we can no longer cancel the order for you. If you would like to return the item after you’ve received it, please refer to our return policy.
