PRINTIVE VINYL will offer an exchange for any items that are not completely satisfactory. PRINTIVE VINYL does not offer refunds or accept returns on any product or custom project. Exchanges are accepted within 14 days of the date of receipt. PRINTIVE VINYL will issue a store credit (Gift Card) if an item is returned without a request to exchange it for another item. Goods must be returned in perfect, unopened condition in original shipping box. PRINTIVE VINYL will ship almost anywhere. All USA and Canadian orders placed with our online store www.printivevinyl.com are shipped via UPS Ground. If you’d like to place an order with a delivery address outside the US or Canada, please contact Customer Service at firstname.lastname@example.org to place your order and for shipping rates. We do not accept shipping addresses that are post office boxes. We will email you a confirmation when your package ships.
